Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. A $20 deposit is required to hold & secure your appointment slot.
Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment begins to allow time to potty your dog. If you are late for your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly. Please do not enter into the pool facility until your scheduled appointment time. All of our sessions are private and secure to keep all dogs safe.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hour advanced notice. Your $20 deposit is non-refundable with cancellations. If you do not call ahead of time or show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the session. There is a three time cancellation limit here at Dip’n Dogs. If you exceed this limit, you will no longer be able to book with us. Last minute cancellations performed by Dip’n Dogs may occur due to inclement weather-we will reach out if cancellation of your appointment is necessary. Clients will not be charged for weather-based cancellations and your $20 deposit will be credited.
Payment
We require a $20 deposit at time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will also go towards your session’s payment. The remaining balance will be collected during your session. We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Square. Processing fees may apply for Square payments. Please reach out to Rachel for app payment information.
Additional Info
Please do not feed your dog at least 5 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid Bloat/GDV. Please do not feed your dog at least 10-12 hours if your dog has bowel control problems. Fecal accident fees will apply.
There are NO public restrooms at our swim facility.
When parking, please do not block any driveways or park on any grass/lawns. Vehicles illegally parked will be subjected to towing.
